At Simply Printed USA, our primary goal is to provide you with high-quality custom-printed products that exceed your expectations. We take pride in our craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. Please review our return policy below to understand the process and conditions for returns and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the date of delivery or pickup.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Custom-made or personalized items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Products that are damaged during shipping or have a manufacturing defect may be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Non-Eligible Items:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that are used, damaged due to improper handling, or in their original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized items that do not have manufacturing defects or were not damaged during shipping are generally not eligible for return or exchange. However, we will review every case to try and come up with a solution that works for you.
3. Return Process:
If you believe your item is eligible for return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.
4. Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method or offer an exchange for the same or similar item, depending on your preference.
Refunds may take 30 business days to process.
5. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure they reach us safely.
6. Custom Design Changes:
Please review your custom design proofs carefully before approving them. Once approved, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on design changes or errors that were present in the approved proof. If a change is needed, we may assess the change and charge an additional fee to re-print or re-manufacture your product to accommodate you, we will do our best to keep the cost as low as possible. Our goal is to have lasting customers and we understand changes will happen. With that said, we need to cover the cost to stay in business. All returns or changes are approved at our sole discretion.
